Pricing questions.

The things farms ask before they book a demo.

Is there a setup fee?+
No. Onboarding, training, and standard integrations are included in the monthly base. The exception is once-off services like a custom preference centre or AI website build.
Are there minimum contracts?+
Self Service is month-to-month. Full Service has a 3-month minimum, after which it goes month-to-month. Add-ons can be added or removed each month.
How does the 5%-of-sales pricing work?+
For Wine Club and Event Sales, we take 5% of revenue processed through Yebo. If you sell zero, you pay zero. Billed monthly on actual sales. No minimums, no commitments.
What is not included in the base price?+
Three things: WhatsApp per-message rates (Meta charges us, we pass it through at cost), advertising spend (your Meta/Google/Pinterest budget), and payment-gateway fees. Everything else, including all AI features, is in the base.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?+
Yes. Annual contracts get 15% off the monthly base. Talk to us if you'd like to switch to annual billing.
What if I need more than 5 users?+
Add the User Management add-on at R1,000/month for unlimited team members with role-based access controls.
